HOW DO I ACCEPT THE DELIVERY?

Please keep in mind that different country postal systems have different standards. Some deliver to door and some keep the package in the local post office. We will email you when your order has arrived.

WHAT IF THERE ARE PROBLEMS WITH MY SHIPMENT?

Don't worry, we will do our best to solve any kind of problems. If the package is lost by our carrier, we will then send you a new package completely for free.
