WHICH CREDIT CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT?

VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, Klarna. For American Express, please choose PayPal Quest Checkout instead of regular credit card payments.

HOW CAN I PAY WITH DEBIT CARD/AMERICAN EXPRESS?

You will need to use PayPal Guest Checkout. Simply choose PayPal payment method and click "Create an Account". Enter your card details there, you won't need an actual PayPal account.

WHICH CURRENCIES DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept almost all currencies. Please note that while the content of the cart and prices displayed are in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.

WHERE CAN I ENTER DISCOUNT CODES?

Discount codes can be entered during the checkout. Please note that it is not possible to stack multiple discount codes.

WHAT IF I TYPED WRONG INFORMATION?

We can only change your shipping information before handing your order over to the shipping company. If your information is incorrect, email us as soon as possible.

WHEN WILL YOU FULFILL MY ORDER?

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

We can only cancel orders that haven't gone into processing yet. We will leave a minimum 12 hour gap before processing any orders. To cancel or change your order, email us at sales@trendrun.com.

HOW DOES THE REFUND PROCESS WORK?

Refunds are done automatically with order cancellations. We can only send the refund back to the original source of order payment. Please note that refunds appear slower to credit cards than PayPal.

WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE A MISSING ITEM IN MY ORDER?

If something is missing, please contact us as soon as possible. If you ordered two or more different products, they might arrive separately. Some of our products are shipped directly from manufacturers and we have multiple storage units.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS AUTHENTIC?

Yes. We are a big retail business and we only source our goods directly from manufacturers. This eliminates the chance of counterfeit products.
