HOW CAN I PAY?
We accept direct Paypal or Credit Card payments via Paypal Guest payments. Just choose paypal payment and proceed even if you don't have Paypal. Under Paypal login there is an option to choose to "Pay with Debit or Credit Card".

WHERE CAN I ENTER THE DISCOUNT CODES?

Discount codes can be used in the checkout page. There is a discount code field where you can enter the code. On Mobile, click "Show order Summary" to see the discount field. On Desktop it's on the right side of the Order Summary.

Please note that discount codes can't be stacked with bulk order discounts. If you still want to apply the code, then please check the "I will be using a coupon instead" box in the cart page.


WHAT IF I TYPED THE WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS?
Please contact us so we can change your email address. We can change your email address, name, and address but we cannot change your order.


HOW LONG WILL THE SHIPPING TAKE?
Orders will be processed within 3-7 business days and shipped the next day after the processing day.

If there are any additional delays then please feel free to contact us, we do our best to keep our customers satisfied, however sometimes we can't control things outer our reach, such as weather, holidays, multiple shipping points etc.


DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Yes, however international shipping can take longer than 20 business days. Depending on location, there are more shipping checkpoints involved in an international shipping. In some countries where shipping customs are involved and where you need to provide documentation to them, it can take more than a month to receive your product.


HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING WITHIN STATES AND INTERNATIONALLY?
Within United States it is $4.95 and free on over $35+ purchase. International orders are also free on $35+ purchase, if lower than that, the fee is $5.95.


HOW DO I CHECK ON MY ORDER STATUS?
Checking your order status is very simple! Just navigate to the top of the page, where the "Track Order" button is. From there, you can see all of the important information regarding your orders by providing your email address and the order number, you receive your order number to your email after payment. We also send you order status updates via e-mail, in case you are not able to check the website. 

Note: Your tracking number will be updated 3-7 days after your order has been shipped.


WHEN WILL YOU FULFILL MY ORDER?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3-7 business days of purchase. It will depend on the order placement time and how many orders we already have to fulfill. 


HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
We reserve the right at any time after receipt of the order to accept or decline the order, or any portion thereof, in our sole discretion, even after the Customer receives an order confirmation or after the credit card has been authorized. If the credit card has already been authorized for the purchase and the order is canceled, we will issue a credit to the original method of payment. 

Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.

HOW FAST CAN I EXPECT AN ANSWER FROM EMAIL?
We do our best to answer any questions as soon as possible. It will take no longer than 24 hours. 


DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO BUY AN ITEM?
No. Our aim is to have high customer satisfaction, so we decided to remove the need to create accounts. You can simply buy as a guest.


CAN I USE SEVERAL DISCOUNT CODES IN ONE ORDER?
Promotion and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and discounts unless stated otherwise.


WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE MISSING ITEMS IN MY ORDER?
If something is missing please contact us immediately. 

If you ordered multiple different products: Since we have a large assortment of products that are not stored in the same warehouse, it is possible that some products get shipped separately. Don't worry, it is quite normal that you receive a product a few days before the other.


ARE YOUR PRODUCTS AUTHENTIC?
Yes, our products are collected directly from manufacturers.
